Shipping policy

At Uncle Crunch, we’re excited to share our treats with you! We currently offer free standard shipping anywhere within the continental United States. No minimum order required.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During high-volume seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Method:
All orders ship via standard ground delivery. Transit times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Packaging & Shipping Safety:
We take great care in packaging our products to help protect them during transit. However, once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is beyond our control. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that may arrive melted, crushed, or otherwise damaged during shipping.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. Uncle Crunch is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
